Shhh is run and owned by Sam.
Sam is an advanced permanent makeup artist, skin specialist and expert tutor. Having worked in the Beauty industry since 1999 Sam has achieved a huge client base, which makes her skills and services highly desirable.
She works with a great sense of Professionalism and pride and with customer service at the forefront of the whole business. This attitude towards the business and clients reflects in her 5 star ratings.

Arrival protocol
​
Please take a seat in the reception area of the studio. Tea and coffee are available, please help yourself.
A short wait may be necessary if Sam is running a little behind. Please allow the time for a short delay when considering your appt. Every treatment and client is individual and sometimes a little more time is needed.
Sam will greet you and bring you into the treatment room when she is prepared for your treatment.

Consent to treatment
​
Please complete the consent forms which will have been sent to you by email before your appointment. Please check your junk mail for these. Treatment will not go ahead without completion of consent forms. These can be completed before treatment if necessary, however late completion risks the treatment not going ahead if contra-actions or contra-indications are highlighted in the forms.

Please follow any signage in the building when you arrive. Please note the location of Exits and stairways incase of emergency evacuations.

CANCELLATION POLICY
​
Due to a very heavy schedule booking slots are scarce and a cancellation policy is in enforcement.
Any cancellations up to 48 hours is free.
Cancellations after this period are non refundable. This is an administration fee.
​
For permanent makeup 4-6 week top ups that are booked and included in the original treatment cost must give 48hrs to cancel or rearrange. Rearranging outside of the 48hrs will incur a £50 administration fee.
​
Please note this has become necessary due to no shows and late cancellations which another client could have taken with adequate notice.

Having attended a very expensive and well known clinic for brow tattooing, Sam came highly recommended and at a fraction of the price. Samantha did an amazing job on my brows. They were ruddy awful, before! So I had a brilliant consultation, & Sam understood what I wanted& I was confident that she would not give me those fake looking slug brows. Went ahead with the brows & am so happy with the result.
